Zyplex 55 combines strength, stiffness and toughness and is ideal for challenging environments where durability is important. It’s a highly engineered material, rigorously tested and refined to give maximum performance.
It’s suitable for decking, tongue and groove, construction planks and furniture. Manufactured from 100% British high quality recycled mixed waste plastics from post industrial and consumer use and, where necessary, selected process additives.
Production process: The polymers are blended and fed under controlled temperatures and pressures into moulds.
Finish: The surface is knot free, evenly coloured and has a textured finish.
